Located in a lively area close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, this hotel is a great base for exploring the island. the hotel offers daily room cleaning, comfortable beds, and polite staff who serve breakfast, which can be enjoyed on a terrace with a nice view. the hotel also has a bus stop nearby and provides complimentary Wi-Fi.
The hotel needs an upgrade, particularly the bathroom and pillows.

Location in respect to the harbor is a plus. Room had a small balcony.
Breakfast that was supposed to be included was very marginal.

The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable the breakfast was excellent.
One minor disadvantage is that there was only wifi in the lounge, where our laptop adapters didn't fit in the sockets.

The hotel's affordable price and central location made it the perfect base for my business trip. It was only a short walk to shops and restaurants and a quick ride to my meetings. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome during my stay. Plus, the comfortable beds and clean, simply furnished rooms were exactly what I needed after a long day of work.
A bit dated, but that didn't bother me. While the hotel may not be brand new, it offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff at the hotel is very nice and welcoming, also the location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from the port, and 50m away from the main shopping street. Ischia Ponte is also available by foot, though can take a bus as well.
The bed in double room was made of two beds which works, but is not quite the same as having one bed.

Great location! The hotel is situated on a peaceful street and yet close to the shopping area, supermarket and the beach which made it very convenient. Our room had a lovely view of the nearby landmark, and we appreciated the air-conditioning and fridge which were functional. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the proprietor was knowledgeable about recommending places to visit.
The pillows were uncomfortably hard, but that was honestly the only downside. The hotel had a comfortable and classic Italian style rather than being modern, but it added to the charm. The bed in the double room was not one full bed, but two separate beds pushed together which was a bit disappointing. However, it didn't ruin our stay, which was overall pleasant.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was within walking distance to many attractions and amenities. The hotel also had great transportation options nearby. The staff was very welcoming, and our room was always clean and well-maintained.
Not obvious to find parking.
